About Me

My name is Philip Schröer and I firmly believe that everyone should have a coach. Through reflection and targeted coaching, I not only felt better mentally, but also physically.

I first came into contact with coaching during my studies (Human Resources and Quality Management) at the Arnhem Business School in the Netherlands. Through my coach, who accompanied me throughout my studies, I quickly noticed how useful it is to have someone to talk to who asks me critical questions that I actually didn't want to hear.

My studies brought me to South Africa and back to the Netherlands as an HR consultant for the world's largest sporting goods manufacturer. In Sports and also at that company Coaching was the daily business. I had the opportunity to go through various leadership programs and many analogies from the sports world for my job.

By setting up a department in the area of people and culture at a German start-up, I was able to work with many people and pursue my passion - to actively help people grow in their careers through coaching.

In various management positions and mentoring programs, I had the opportunity to support people in their personal development and in their professional and personal careers.

In addition to my professional experience in the Netherlands, South Africa and Germany, I am a passionate athlete. As a handball trainer and player, I personally know how important mental fitness is alongside physical fitness.

It fulfills me immensely to help others to break new ground through my coaching. I want to support people to follow their passion in order to lead a happy and fulfilling life.

Are you looking for support, someone to help you achieve your goals? I am happy to accompany you on this journey.

My goal:
To support people to master complicated situations or circumstances which sometimes are perceived as hopeless:

  • In everyday working life
  • In sports
  • In daily life
