Mental fitness is to be considered in a similar way to physical fitness. Many athletes have a coach to provide support right here.
But how do I train mental fitness?
How do I manage to achieve my (sporting) goals?

A big factor is the so-called "inner weaker self" or willpower.

Who does not know it:
Coming home from work in the evening and instead of exercising directly on the couch.
Watching the bar of chocolate or the chips while watching TV in the evening, although you wanted to eat healthier
